Penny Goodman and the Headingley Liberal Democrats are calling on broadband providers to improve their infrastructure and deliver the speeds they’ve promised in Headingley and Hyde Park.

You can sign our petition here – but to really prove that users aren’t getting what they paid for, we also need screenshots showing just how slow internet connections in Headingley and Hyde Park are. We’ll then send the screenshots on to the providers and call for them to SPEED IT UP!

• Run the test to see how fast your broadband is
• Screenshot the results. (You can do this using the Print Screen key, in the top right corner on most computer keyboards. This copies the screen shot to your clipboard, and you can then paste it into your email or any image editing software).
• Send your screenshot to [email protected]
• In your email, please include:

1. Your name
2. Your street address (e.g. 15, Cherry Tree Lane)
3. The name of your internet provider
4. The speed you were promised when you signed your contract
